1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GoTeachingJobs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Candidate Accounts

  • Profile information must be accurate and truthful
  • You may apply to jobs and save searches at no cost
  • Premium features require a paid subscription
  • You retain ownership of your content (CV, cover letters)

4. School Accounts

  • Job listings must be genuine and accurately described
  • Schools must not discriminate unlawfully in hiring
  • Subscription plans govern the number and features of job listings
  • Schools are responsible for their own hiring processes and decisions

5. Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
  • Scraping, harvesting, or automated access to our platform
  • Impersonating another person or entity
  • Uploading malicious content or attempting to breach security
  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

GoTeachingJobs is a platform connecting employers and candidates. We do not guarantee employment outcomes and are not liable for hiring decisions made by schools or the conduct of any user.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through settings.
