Chipping Sodbury School is seeking an experienced, highly organised and motivated Senior Finance Officer to join its support team. Working closely with the Headteacher and Finance Business Partner, you will help ensure that the school’s financial systems, controls and processes operate effectively and support excellent outcomes for students.
This is a part-time, permanent role offering an actual salary of ÂŁ18,181.50 to ÂŁ19,576 per annum, equivalent to ÂŁ36,363 to ÂŁ39,152 FTE. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available.
Support the effective day-to-day operation of the school’s financial systems and processes.
Contribute to financial planning, budget monitoring and reporting.
Help maintain accurate, efficient and appropriately controlled financial administration.
Work collaboratively with the Headteacher and Finance Business Partner.
Support the efficient management of resources so that funding has the greatest possible impact on students.
Uphold the school and trust’s safeguarding, confidentiality and professional standards.
