As the Head of Year at Dorothy Stringer School, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the pastoral landscape for our students in Key Stages 3 and 4. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and lead a strong, positive vision and ethos for your year group in collaboration with the Pastoral Manager. You will be instrumental in implementing and monitoring pastoral policies that reflect our commitment to high standards, expectations, and achievements.
