Job Overview

This is a voluntary position on the Board of Trustees for Brooke Hill Academy Trust Limited. The Trust comprises primary schools in Rutland and Lincolnshire, and the Board meets four times a year, with additional committee meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

Support, guide, and challenge leadership across the Trust.

Participate in scheduled meetings and occasional extra meetings for exceptional circumstances.

Contribute to the development of the Trust's vision to enable aspirational futures for all children.

Skills and Experience Required

A commitment to improving educational outcomes for young people.

Experience in management or leadership is beneficial.

Commitment to Safeguarding

The organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. All trustees must share this commitment and undergo a full enhanced DBS check.
