Whitchurch Primary School, part of Lighthouse Schools Partnership, is looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised Office Manager to provide effective operational support to the Headteacher, leadership team, staff, pupils and families.
This is a permanent, part-time role for 26 hours per week, Monday to Friday, starting as soon as possible. The working pattern can be discussed at interview, but the successful candidate must be available to work from 8:00am to 5:00pm on three days each week.
The actual salary is £20,173.96 to £21,666.96 per annum. The closing date is 30 September 2026 at 9:00am.
Lead the school's day-to-day administration, helping to maintain a smooth, efficient and professional office.
Oversee administrative and financial processes, ensuring systems and records are accurate and well maintained.
Support the school in meeting its safeguarding and compliance responsibilities.
Coordinate pupil admissions and attendance processes.
Provide a welcoming, helpful and professional service to pupils, families, staff and visitors.
Manage competing priorities effectively while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
