Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled, dedicated and compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team and play a key role in our newly established Targeted Mainstream Provision (TMP) for Communication and Interaction needs, including Autism.

Working Hours

**Hours of Work:** 33.5 hours per week, TTO + 1 week

**Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:** 8.30am until 3.30pm

**Wednesday:** 8.30am until 4.30pm

Responsibilities

Help shape a nurturing, structured and inclusive environment where pupils can thrive both academically and socially.

Work closely with teachers and leaders to deliver targeted support, lead small group interventions and help implement effective strategies to meet individual needs.

Support pupils in accessing the curriculum through tailored strategies and targeted support.

Monitor progress and provide feedback to the TMP lead and teaching staff.
