About The Gallery Trust
The Gallery Trust is a special multi-academy trust serving children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities across Oxford and Oxfordshire. Its specialist schools are united by a commitment to improving outcomes, educating the whole child, and preparing every learner for adulthood. The Trust’s ethos centres on inclusion, aspiration, meaningful learning, strong pastoral care, and positive relationships with pupils, families, colleagues, and partner organisations.
The Trust is distinctive for its specialist expertise and its outward-facing work with schools, communities, and local and national partners. Through tailored curricula, specialist learning environments, outreach activity, inclusion projects, and professional development, it works to strengthen opportunities for SEND learners both within its own schools and across wider educational settings. Collaboration, innovation, and careful evaluation underpin its approach to improving provision and demonstrating positive impact.
Working at The Gallery Trust means joining skilled and experienced colleagues who share a clear commitment to exceptional SEND practice. Staff can expect opportunities to develop their expertise through professional learning, coaching, cross-trust collaboration, and engagement with specialist practitioners. The working culture values constructive professional dialogue, supportive relationships, and the sharing of effective practice. Typical benefits include access to the Teachers’ Pension Scheme, specialist continuing professional development, and the opportunity to influence inclusive education across Oxfordshire.
